Terms & Conditions for GetXgold Loyalty Program

Welcome to the GetXgold Loyalty Program ("Program"), operated by TMR Fidelity Fusion LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before joining the Program.
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The GetXgold Loyalty Program is open to individuals aged 18 and above who have made qualifying purchases at [Participating Physical Stores/Online Store], as determined by the Company.
1.2 Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Company are not eligible to participate in the Program.

3. Earning Points:
3.1 Participants can earn loyalty points ("Digital Gold") by making qualifying purchases at participating Stores at locations or online store, as specified by the Company.
3.2 Digital Gold may be earned based on the purchase amount, and the conversion rate will be determined by the Company.
3.3 Digital Gold may not be earned on taxes, fees, shipping costs, and other excluded charges as determined by the Company.
4. Reward Redemption:
4.1 Accumulated Digital Gold can be redeemed for Physical Gold /Gold coins.
4.2 The Digital Gold can only be redeemed by the account holder and are non-transferable.
4.3 Redemption may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to each value.
5. Account Termination:
5.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a participant's account if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
5.2 Participants may also voluntarily withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting customer support.
6. Modification and Termination:
6.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the Program via email or through the Program's website.
7. Privacy and Data Usage:
7.1 Participant information collected for the Program will be used in accordance with the Program's Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.
